Toby was a visitor to Ames in the spring of 2010 to interface the natural spinor method developed at the University of Alberta (with his then graduate advisor Prof. Mariusz Klobukowski) with GAMESS. He carried out postdoc research at University of Waterloo in the group of Pierre-Nicholas Roy (2011-2013) and at Cornell University co-supervised by Nandini Ananth and Roald Hoffmann (2013-2015). He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry, Carleton University.
